Sponsorship Model

The BIDS ATS is open to all sell-side firms and their institutional clients, subject to basic credit and regulatory requirements.

BIDS Trading is a Broker-Sponsored Model

BIDS Trading supports a broker-sponsored model. This means the following:

  • Your buy-side clients will direct 100% of their commission dollars to the sponsoring broker-dealers of their choice.
  • BIDS Trading will never appear on the buy-side’s commission run.
  • Any broker-dealer can become a sponsor in BIDS – A direct connection to the BIDS ATS is not required.
